Hello, I'm Semaj Kitchings, team member of Love Property Group. I developed a love for real estate in the 5th grade and as I grew older, my interest for all things real estate grew as well. Both of my parents and grandfather are Veterans so as a military brat, I have gained insight into the financial, logistical, and emotional stress of military families and their moves.
Before deciding to obtain my license, I jumped into the investing side of real estate, which ultimately led to my becoming a REALTOR® . That experience taught me multiple ins and outs and a different side of the business that many realtors may not be knowledgeable on.
