Hello, I'm Semaj Kitchings, team member of Love Property Group. I developed a love for real estate in the 5th grade and as I grew older, my interest for all things real estate grew as well. Both of my parents and grandfather are Veterans so as a military brat, I have gained insight into the financial, logistical, and emotional stress of military families and their moves.
Before deciding to obtain my license, I jumped into the investing side of real estate, which ultimately led to my becoming a REALTOR® . That experience taught me multiple ins and outs and a different side of the business that many realtors may not be knowledgeable on.
Love Property Group provides our clients with the utmost respect and top-notch customer service throughout the DC Metropolitan area. Although we are located in Southern Maryland, our services are provided in many of the surrounding areas such as Prince Georges, Calvert, Saint Marys, and Anne Arundel counties.
